Your official donation receipt was immediately sent to the email address you used to make your donation by our automatic receipting system. If your receipt is not in your inbox, please check your junk or clutter folder. We will send you a duplicate official donation receipt by email or mail right away.

Receipts may take up to 6–8 weeks to prepare due to the high volume of donations received at the end of the year. We are grateful for your donation and committed to sending your receipt to you as soon as possible. If you have not received your receipt for a donation made in 2023 by February 28, 2024, please email info@stephenlewisfoundation.org, or call 1-888-203-9990 Ext. 0. We will send you a duplicate official donation receipt as soon as possible.

If you make monthly donations through your bank account or by credit card, an annual consolidated official donation receipt will be issued in February 2024 for donations made in 2023. Our team is working diligently to get your receipts to you. We will mail your receipt to you as soon as possible.
