You can donate to the Stephen Lewis Foundation from the United States, by way of the TIDES Foundation.

Contact and Tax Receipt Information
In accordance with IRS tax regulations, TIDES US only issues a US charitable donation receipt for contributions over $250 USD. If you would like a tax receipt for your donation, please be sure to request one when you send in your donation, and ensure that your name, address and phone number are included on the check.
