Where SLF Partners Work

The Stephen Lewis Foundation (SLF) delivers funds directly to grassroots and community-led organizations in sub-Saharan Africa who are at the forefront of the response to HIV and AIDS. SLF partners work in communities in 14 countries most affected by the HIV epidemic. Our partnership model reflects that the expertise and experience required to end AIDS is found at the community-level. Find out more about How We Work and Areas of Work.
