Protect HIV Funding and Global Health Investments

The United States has ended almost all international assistance funding, including support for HIV treatment for 20 million people. If unmitigated, these funding cuts will be catastrophic for the HIV response and lead to the reversal of decades of hard-fought progress.

According to data published in the Lancet HIV, the loss of U.S. HIV funding could lead to an additional 10.75 million new HIV transmissions and an additional 2.93 million deaths from AIDS-related causes by 2030.

We must take action in this critical moment.
